TEACHER AND PARENT SYNERGY STRENGTHENING PROGRAM IN PAUD – HI KEMENDIKBUD

Through a strict selection process, F2h successfully obtained grant funding from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to carry out activities in 40 sub-districts in Bogor Regency, 10 sub-districts in West Lombok Regency, and 10 sub-districts in East Lombok Regency (2021-2023).

The aim of this program is to improve the capacity of PAUD teachers to interact with students at school and the capacity of parents to interact with children at home, as well as their understanding of child protection.

A total of 171 PAUD teachers (57 principals and 114 teachers) from 60 selected PAUDs in Bogor, West Lombok, and East Lombok regencies were successfully trained over three days. Facilitation practices were conducted for teachers and principals in 42 PAUDs in Bogor Regency, 14 PAUDs in West Lombok, and 14 PAUDs in East Lombok. A total of 70 PAUDs and 210 training participants were trained to implement exit strategies.
