Adituka Cooperative Annual Members Meeting (RAT) was held. The Adituka Cooperative is located on Jalan Karasak Genteng, Sukarapih Village, Sukasa District, Sumedang Regency. Its 71 members include cadres from 18 Taman Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) centers in Tanjungsari, Sukasari, and Pamulihan. The meeting was led by founder Mr. Hidayat, the field coordinator, and attended by the cooperative’s chairman, Hj. Nani Heryani, secretary Yanti Suyanti, and several other members. Unfortunately, treasurer Tuti Budiarti was not present.
The Adituka Cooperative Annual Members Meeting (RAT) discussed the management’s accountability report based on the 2015 financial year. After five years of existence, the Adituka Cooperative is in relatively good condition. Last year’s F2H assets were successfully repaid. The cooperative operates a savings and loan unit and provides goods procurement in the form of installment payments for household goods and report cards for the integrated service posts (Posyandu). However, the welfare of its members remains relatively low due to a lack of capital.
The administrators have received cooperative administration training, but members have not received any specific training. They have conducted comparative studies with other successful cooperatives.
The Adituka Cooperative’s financial details and budget plan have not been fully realized—both budget and revenue figures are lower than planned. However, this does not mean that the Adituka Cooperative is unsuccessful. The 2016 Cooperative Work Plan and Revenue Budget (RAPBK) serves as a reference for the management in the coming year.
